Welcome return for this duo who made such a good impact last time, and
were voted a club favourite! Superb singing of traditional songs accompanied
by a variety of instruments.

20 Sep 2010: John Kelly
"Harmonium Hero". Back on the folk scene after a few years'
absence, he specialises in mainly traditional song, accompanied by the
harmonium and other instruments. He made a good impression on our audience
when he did an extended floor spot at one of our singarounds last year. |
Mon
4 Oct 2010: Malcolm Ward
Though blessed with a robust 'shanty' voice, Malcolm is also able to
deliver tender ballads unaccompanied or with his own concertina accompaniment.
He has been known to recite the odd monologue expertly as well. Although
one of our residents, this is your chance to hear him do a full set.

Largely traditional song, in particular from his native Cheshire, accompanied
by English concertina and guitar. He was well received at the club last
year when he did a floor spot!

A legend amongst squeezebox players! Well remembered for his part in
the television series The Victorian Farm, now is your chance

Long time club favourite, this legendary local band is still celebrating
