The Broadstairs Woodshed Sessions, held in The Wrotham Arms, have been a popular feature of Broadstairs Folk Week since 2008. Organised and led by Kent singer-songwriter Bob Kenward, assisted by Roger Resch, the Woodshed is all about what we can do together, not how fast we can play. Everyone is encouraged to play along and to bring a song or tune for all to join in with.

The following footage was recorded on a mobile phone. It's not good sound or visual quality and hasn't been edited, but it gives an idea of the fun to be had.

Over a hundred different singers and musicians led songs or tunes during the week, while the Friday session drew in a record 72 people!
